BoardBook Premier Training

Your BoardBook® Premier subscription includes unlimited training and support. Whether you're an existing customer or just getting started, we have several options available.

Self-Paced Training

As a BoardBook user, you have access to all our support and training materials.  You can access the support page by clicking on the blue circle with the question mark (found at the top of the page) and selecting either ‘BoardBook Administration and Meeting Management Help’ which is our page for users managing meetings, links, documents or other information in the program, or ’BoardBook Board Member and other Viewer Help’ for users looking for information on viewing meetings and meeting materials.  Both pages have training videos and handouts.  For those new to the Agenda Manager position I recommend starting with the Foundation videos and working your way down through Creating the Meeting, Working with the Agenda, Meeting Documents, and finally the Releasing the Meeting sections.

Webinar Training

Online webinar trainings are led by an instructor and last about three hours. Seating is limited to allow participants to ask questions throughout the training. You will also be given access to all the same training materials as the self-paced option, so there is no need to sign up for both.

Advanced Features Training

BoardBook Premier offers advanced features to help you manage your meetings more efficiently and effectively. In this training, we will walk through how to use the online document management system, goal management, and electronic voting. We will also show you how to customize the application with your organization’s logo.
